Alayna Panzer

Alayna manages numerous survey projects, spanning topics in public health, workplace climate, and community sentiment. Her project contributions are vast but she specializes in questionnaire development, qualitative methods, and report preparation. In addition, she leads the mentoring and oversight of CSR’s student research analysts. Prior to joining the Cooper Center, Alayna graduated from the University of Guelph, Canada with a PhD in Psychology and went on to work as a Post-doc Research Associate at Duke University. Alayna was also an active member and coordinator of the Central Virginia Advance Directives Collaborative and served as a volunteer researcher for Women’s Health Virginia.
