Elizabeth Andrews's Biography
Elizabeth Andrews is an environmental attorney and natural resources policy expert, and formerly Director of the Virginia Coastal Policy Center (VCPC) at William & Mary Law School where she led William & Mary’s work on the Resilience and Adaptation Feasibility Tool (RAFT). Elizabeth has served as Water Policy Manager for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and as the Senior Assistant Attorney General and Section Chief for the Environmental Section at the Office of the Virginia Attorney General. Elizabeth is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and received her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the Washington College of Law at American University.
