Sean has served as the President and CEO of the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association since 2014. Prior to joining VHHA, he served as Virginia’s Secretary of Transportation. He previously served as Administrator of the U.S. Maritime Administration and Chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors. He also served as an officer on active duty with the U.S. Coast Guard and retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of commander. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and D.C.
