Leslie Pryor

Leslie Pryor joined Sorensen in 2024. She has extensive experience in the areas of public safety, corrections, mental health services, and the court system. Her responsibilities are curriculum development, planning, and implementation of curriculum for Sorensen's programs, focusing primarily on the Political Leaders Program and Emerging Leaders Program. She also assists with the Virginia College Civic Leaders Program (formerly the 22^nd Century Scholars Program) that Sorensen delivers with assistance from the Karsh Institute of Democracy. 

Ms. Pryor is a native of Charlottesville who graduated from Charlottesville High School and Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in military history.  She completed ARMY ROTC and was a Commissioned Army Reserve Officer. Pryor is currently working on a Master of Public Safety at the University of Virginia, with an expected degree completion date of  May 2026.
