Hayward Majors is Co-Founder of University Bridge, a two-year pathway program for international students in partnership with top community colleges across the United States.  Previously, he was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Weil, Gotshal and Manages in New York.  Hayward received an A.B. from Duke University, a J,D., from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from Columbia University.  He is a member and past chair of the board for EarthShare.
