Overview

In 2020, the Cooper Center published its five-year strategic plan: Reimagining Public Service, which was inspired by our core values of access, collaboration, communities and impact. The plan not only helped us to develop a clear path forward, but clarified the strategic focus for our Center's work. Two initiatives important to our reimagining public service include illustrating our impact—how our work makes a difference in communities across the Commonwealth and ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into all aspects of our work.
