Claire Downey

Claire Downey graduated from James Madison University with two B.S. degrees in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Digital Video & Cinema as well as Anthropology. During her time at JMU Claire co-hosted multiple talk shows on WXJM 88.7, worked on a student union video team, directed an award winning student documentary entitled &you, and freelanced as a videographer and editor. Claire has a passion for non-fiction and uses her skills in media to continue to tell important stories related to human rights and social justice. 

In her free time Claire likes to go outside, read, and listen to music.
